Accreditations and Certifications

Analytics is audited by outside agencies/companies on a regular basis, including the State of New York as primary NELAC, State of Virginia, State of North Carolina, AIHA, General Motors, and Boeing. We would also welcome the opportunity to have you audit our facility based on your specific requirements.

Analytics has been accredited (#175) by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) since 1981. We are among the select group of accredited laboratories whose proficiency is recognized for all test elements and compounds. Accreditation by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (formerly NBS) has also been granted to Analytics for asbestos identification as part of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).

Analytics Corporation has been approved by the State of Virginia DEQ and is a certified Drinking Water Laboratory under the Virginia Safe Drinking Water Program since the early ’90s. In addition, Analytics is also approved as an environmental laboratory in conformance with the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) standards through the State of New York and the State of Virginia for the following categories: Potable Water, Non-Potable Water, Solid and Hazardous Waste, and Air and Emissions. Certification under the NELAC program provides for reciprocity to all NELAC authorized states, which includes CA, CO, FL, IL, KS, LA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, TX, UT, and VA.
